Damaged Items
An item that arrives to you defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item. Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the damage. A replacement will be sent at our expense including shipping. Please don't return an item before contacting us.
Return Policy
If you want to return an item even though it is not damaged or defective when you receive it (ex: because you have changed your mind, made a mistake in ordering, or find the item is not as you expected, etc.), please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued once the print is received in its original condition. Refunds exclude the original shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
As they are custom made to order at the time of sale, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your print gets damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP so I can arrange for a replacement to be sent. You may be asked to provide a photo showing proof of damage. Please don't return an item before contacting us.
