What unit of measurement is used?

Print sizes are listed in inches and are noted in the individual listings. If you would like a custom size not offered in the listing, please contact me.

What type of paper do you use?

All fine art photographs are printed by a professional lab on premium acid-free, archival quality paper. Select prints have a choice of two finishes - matte or metallic.

Matte (luster) – This paper provides accurate color and realistic saturation and works well for all images. Its matte finish resists fingerprints and reduces glare considerably compared with glossy paper.

Metallic (glossy) – This stunning paper features a pearlescent surface and has a rich, distinctive metallic look. It uses a patented combination of film and laminate layers resulting in a striking metallic shine. This paper is best suited for use on photographs with mid to dark tones. Lighter tones do not reproduce as well on this paper.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Prints are carefully packaged in a moisture-resistant archival sleeve and shipped in a sturdy mailer. Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. Allow an additional 2-5 business days in transit for addresses within the United States. International shipping times vary due to customs and I cannot be responsible for any customs delays.

Are returns accepted?

Prints may be returned or exchanged. Simply contact me within 7 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. As they are made to order at the time of sale, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

What about customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print gets damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP so I can arrange for a replacement to be sent. You may be asked to provide a photo showing proof of damage.

Do you offer framing services?

Due to the high cost of shipping framed artwork and risk of damage in transit, prints ordered from this site are offered unframed only. Some clients find it a better value to frame their prints locally; however, framed prints can be ordered via Fine Art America.

Can I order your images on products other than prints?

Yes, many images are available on throw pillows, phone cases, tote bags, greeting cards, postage stamps, wall tapestries and more.
